1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Codex Humani website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Codex Humani provides a digital archive and calculation service that estimates a user's chronological coordinate in human history ("Codex Number"). Additionally, we offer physical print-on-demand merchandise and digital subscription services (PRO pass). The mathematical estimation of your Codex Number is for entertainment and symbolic purposes and cannot be guaranteed for 100% historical or scientific accuracy.

3. Merchandise and Print-on-Demand Orders

Custom Products: All physical merchandise sold through Codex Humani is custom-made to order utilizing your unique Codex Number and selected design layers.
Returns & Refunds: Because all merchandise is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or customer input errors. We strongly advise reviewing sizing charts before purchase.
Defective Items: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must contact our Support team within 30 days of product receipt with photographic evidence so we can arrange a free replacement via our fulfillment partner (Printful).

4. PRO Subscription

Purchasing a PRO Subscription grants access to premium historical epochs, enhanced digital passports, and the removal of certain generation restrictions. The PRO pass is billed as indicated on the purchase page. All digital subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or generated.

5. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for any content you generate, submit, or display on the platform. You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute merchandise containing illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material. We reserve the right to cancel any merchandise orders that violate our content guidelines or those of our printing partners.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated coordinates), features, graphics, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Codex Humani and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Codex Humani.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Codex Humani, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, or from any problems, actions, or conduct arising directly or indirectly from the use of our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
